This is definitely a con. They purport to be from my bank's security team, but I know better.

My older sister got a call from someone claiming to be from a security firm, saying her bank account had been compromised. They told her to hurry up and withdraw £2000 from the Post Office or her bank. Luckily, she didn’t fall for it and refused. I’ve advised her to inform her bank about the whole thing just to be safe.
