Got a call around 6 this evening, they kept me on the line for like 35 minutes before saying someone would ring back to check the info I gave them. Never got that follow-up call though, so I tried calling the number back and got a message saying the number doesn’t exist. Feels like it was one of those scam calls trying to fish for info.

Got a call today (around 11:30 on Thursday 26th Nov) from someone saying they could help cut down my electric bill. I told him straight up that I work as an energy consultant and know all the suppliers here in the UK, so I could probably show him a few tricks about how it all works! William Geidt

So this guy rang up claiming he was from Eon. I told him straight that my number’s on a do-not-call list for sales stuff, so he shouldn’t be ringing me. But he just kept arguing, saying he can call whoever he wants. Honestly, such a rude bloke.
