While the address appears to be associated with BT, I'm sceptical about the legitimacy of that phone number.

I've had the unpleasant experience of dealing with some dodgy characters pretending to represent BT. They made outrageous claims about hackers attempting to breach my computer and insisted that I should let them remotely access my device to "resolve" the matter. I wasn't born yesterday! After reaching out to BT myself, they assured me there were absolutely no problems. Just goes to show, always better to verify these sorts of things!
