This number belongs to a scammer. They tricked me into signing a phone contract with ridiculous prices and somehow managed to register a Tesco phone deal in my name. When the phone arrived at Tesco, they said it was a parcel mix-up and the local courier took the phone back, so I never got it. I ended up reporting the whole thing to my bank as fraud and also informed Tesco about it.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Curry’s PC World in London, but their strong South Asian accent was a bit of a giveaway. They were pushing a deal that sounded way too good to be true. Honestly, I’m certain it was a total scam. Stay well clear!

This number called me up with an offer for a Samsung Galaxy S22+ with 128GB, saying it’s £20 a month on a 2 year contract. I ended up giving them my bank info and address. Hopefully it’s legit and not a scam. I’ll have to wait a day or so to find out what happens next. -Marc
