Don't pick up if this number rings you - I made the mistake and got scammed. It's definitely a fraud.

Beware of this number, it’s a total scam. They claim to be from Carphone Warehouse and get you to sign up for a contract in your name. At first, they refund a deposit to make you think they’re legit, but then they send you the wrong phone.
After that, they ask you to send it back promising a replacement, which never arrives. Meanwhile, they keep the contract in your name, probably sell off the phone and just have a laugh at your expense.
Normally I’m really careful with stuff like this, but I still got caught out. When I tried contacting them, they just replied with laughing emojis.
Proper lowlife scoundrels. The cops have been informed.

These scammers are just out to rob you. I got sent the wrong phone by them, I tried to return it but they wouldn’t cancel my “contract”. So I just kept the phone and refused to send anything back. Watch out, they’re no good!

Beware, this is a scam! They claim to be from Carphone Warehouse and trick you into signing up for a phone contract. But instead of the phone you actually wanted, they use your info to order something else entirely. When you reach out about getting the wrong handset, they ask you to send it back - and then vanish with the phone, leaving you stuck with the bill. Absolute scumbags, no other word for them.

Got a call from what sounded like Carphone Warehouse, saying I could upgrade my phone. The minute I told them no, they just cut me off right there. Smells like a scam if you ask me.
