I've received a couple of calls recently warning me about supposed harmful files on my computer. These individuals claimed they were reaching out to Windows users experiencing this issue. They insisted I should get onto my computer immediately, as the caller would guide me through the process and connect me with a Microsoft technician to resolve the problem. The woman sounded rather forceful and even a touch threatening. Strangely, she appeared to know both my name and address. We decided against following their instructions and promptly contacted the Surrey police. They were already aware of such scams. Truly dodgy!

I received a rather peculiar call from a company that goes by Blaze Support or something along those lines. They claimed our computer's internal security had lapsed and insisted we needed an upgrade. However, right after the call ended, our PC went back to its factory settings, which has resulted in us losing internet connectivity-aside from this portal, of course. I'm left wondering whether this was all a scam or if there could have been any truth to their claims. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I would appreciate any insights. Cheers!
