Avoid this number, it's a total scam. Someone calling themselves "Stephen Blaze" claiming to be from "BT technical support" told me my broadband was causing problems in their system. They said I had only 5 hours to fix it or they'd cut off my internet for 7 months! They asked me to do all sorts of things with my router and computer, clearly trying to take over my connection. It seemed like they were trying to trick an elderly person here, and their English was pretty poor, definitely not native speakers.
