Beware, it’s a total scam. On my phone, the caller ID popped up as something like "Amazon Prime team". They try to trick you into either renewing or cancelling your Prime subscription. Then they push you to install some remote control app and ask for money through your online banking app. After that, they drain your account using both online transactions and cheque payments. They also ring from the number +44 1622671568, which apparently belongs to a park in Maidstone, Kent. Stay safe!
