When we mentioned that we couldn't afford the fee, he suggested we might consider borrowing the money. Remarkably, he said he would ring us back, which he did-literally just ten seconds later. When we pointed out that the website he provided didn’t seem to exist and expressed our suspicion that it was a scam, he abruptly ended the call.
