Usually my phone sends what it thinks are spam calls straight to voicemail. Since I’ve never gotten any voicemails from those numbers, I’m guessing they’re just dodgy scammers trying to ring me.

I picked up just to get silence, then the line dropped after a few seconds. Seems like one of those call-back scams to me.
