Got a call from this number earlier today, it took a bit before I could properly hear the person on the line. The number supposedly belongs to BT, but the lady never actually said she worked for them, just kept telling me her name and asking how I was. Definitely not the kind of support I’d expect from BT. I’m not even a BT customer. Ended up hanging up.
