Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent trying to push some cheap appliance warranty on me. When I asked what company she was with, she refused to answer. Pretty obvious it’s a scam to get your bank info. Complete scumbags.

Got a call on my landline from 02032480074, a woman with an Asian accent introduced herself as Amy. She claimed to be ringing about better deals on household appliances. When I asked her how could anything be cheaper than what I’m already paying, she just abruptly ended the call. I reckon this sort of call is dodgy, they’re probably trying to fish for bank info or something.
