Got a call about insuring a washing machine we don’t own. They said I was already paying for the insurance, but when I asked for the last 4 numbers of the bank account they claimed my money was being taken from, they said that info was confidential. Then I tried to get the name of the company and again, they refused to tell me, saying it was confidential as well. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
