02032399333 called me claiming to be from BT, saying there were hackers nearby trying to access my internet. They asked me to switch on my computer and do some stuff. They even knew my postcode and said they had my customer ID. When I started questioning them, they got annoyed and threatened to call BT headquarters and cut off my line in five minutes. Well, my line’s still working fine!

I got a call from 07753369336 claiming to be BT tech support saying there was an issue with my broadband and my computer. They asked to take control of my PC, but I told them I don’t actually own one. After that, they just ended the call.

They were acting like they were from BT or something, but it felt dodgy. Seemed like they were fishing for info to get access to my computer. Definitely gave off scam vibes to me.
