Received a call from this number claiming that HMRC was initiating legal action against me. Sounds rather dubious, doesn’t it? I’m inclined to think it’s a load of nonsense! :)

I received an automated call purporting to be from HMRC, claiming that they had lodged a report with the police and that legal proceedings were in motion against me. They stressed the importance of not hesitating and insisted that I call back right away. Quite concerning, really!
