A friend of mine had his laptop messed with by these muppets and ended up losing £1200 from his bank account. Seriously, don’t pick up if they ring you.

I got a call from this number saying they were a company. I didn't catch what they said the first time, so I asked them to repeat it. They claimed they helped fix my computer last year and said since they’ve closed down, they wanted to give me a refund. The only way to check if it was true was to call their HQ in Australia, which seemed highly unlikely I'd do. So, I just ended the call.

This individual is definitely a fraudster. In a fit of outright threats and foul language, he ultimately confessed that he intended to show up at my home and carry out unspeakable actions towards my daughter. I reckon he was inebriated, to say the least. Initially, he claimed that my daughter had supposedly paid £249 for Microsoft Word and antivirus software back in 2015. He insisted that due to the company's relocation to the States, he was looking to refund her. While it’s true she did buy Word around that time, it wasn’t for anything near that amount. I suggested simply refunding the original account, but he then insisted my daughter necessary to fill out some form either online or via phone. When I asked him to send it via email, he rudely responded that I shouldn’t be overseeing her dealings. I promptly told him I’ll manage my affairs as I see fit, which only set him off more. When I called him out, he shockingly admitted to being a scammer. I’m left wondering how on earth he got hold of this information, considering he's based in India.

Got a call with a strange accent, the person claimed they was from TalkTalk. I rang up TalkTalk and they told me they hadn’t made any calls. So I decided to look up the number to see who was really behind it.
