somebody rang me saying they was from virgin media with some offer for loyal customers, telling me i no longer had to pay my usual virgin bill and only needed to pay £23 a month going forward. they then kept asking how much i usually pay on my bill. i told them to prove who they were by asking me my security questions but they just kept pestering me about my bill payment amount over and over. total harassment, really annoying.
