Got a call claiming to be from 02, saying they'd send me a code. The message said not to share the code with anyone, even 02 workers. After that, they just hung up. Then I got 4 more calls from the same number. Pretty sure it's a scam.

For three days straight, this number kept ringing me, saying I had a contract with EE from The One That Is True, and that they worked together. They told me I could renew and even get a new phone. It sounded just like the usual contract deals. When I checked, they said it would cost £25, but later I saw they’d charged me £39 - that's when I realised it was dodgy. I kept trying to ring back but they never answered. I then contacted my bank to sort it out. Seriously, watch out - you could get proper scammed. For what it’s worth, I’m with Carphone Warehouse HL.
