They pretended to be loan brokers and tried to get me to pay the first month's instalment plus some sort of 'government tax' before releasing the loan. Then they told me my credit score meant I could only get a bigger loan than I'd asked for and wanted even more cash upfront before I’d see any money. I asked for a refund but they said the money was stuck in their system and couldn’t be returned. Also, they were all over the place - I spoke to one bloke who gave me the company’s name, but by the end of the call he gave a completely different one. Total con artists!!!
