10 yearsI've received a voicemail advising me to get in touch with Express Finance. Quite curious, isn’t it?Express Finance10 yearsI recently let a call from this number slip by, and I'm quite keen to find out who it was and how on Earth they got hold of our number. Quite curious, I must say!10 yearsI just received a call from a number claiming to be 'Express Finance' or something along those lines? What’s that all about?10 yearsThey just keep calling and calling and calling! We're not trying to be rude here, but surely anyone who takes out payday loans is likely to be working throughout the day! So, it's a bit baffling why these callers persistently try to reach us all day long!10 yearsWe received a call from this number at precisely 10:54.10 yearsI've made a bit of an error, really. The other day, I visited the Express Finance website and asked them to take us off their list. Shortly after, we got a call from Express Finance, claiming they had no information about us. Oddly enough, it was a company calling from Bromley under the same name. We've been inundated with those pre-recorded messages from them non-stop! I've sought guidance from the Information Commissioner's Office regarding this pursuit. They recommended a couple of steps: I could either send a letter by recorded delivery asking them to remove my details from their calling list or simply drop them an email with the same request. It’s wise to include a phone number, as that could help them locate my information within their system-which should hopefully lead to our removal. They’ve got 21 days to sort it out, and if they don’t, I can file an official complaint against them. So fingers crossed it all gets resolved!Express FinanceBromleyInformation Commissioner ' s Office10 yearsExpress Finance is indeed the parent company of Payday Express. You're absolutely spot on about that. They're nothing short of leeches, aren't they?Express FinancePayday Express11 yearsI've been bombarded with calls from these pesky individuals. Recently, I've registered for BT's Choose to Refuse service, which allows me to block numbers right after they've given me a ring. It's truly a lifesaver! Additionally, I took the liberty of sending them a rather blunt letter without revealing my identity. To make it more entertaining, I didn't bother putting the right postage on it, forcing them to cough up to read it! Quite the cheeky move, if I do say so myself! :PBT12 yearsIf you suspect a call is from these folks, try answering but keep mum. This way, their automated message won’t kick off, and they’ll be unable to leave one on your voicemail. It’s high time we took action against them. Here’s what you could do: 1. Sign up with the Telephone Preference Service and drop them an email. 2. Get in touch with the Financial Ombudsman via email. 3. Write to your local MP. 4. Use any old Business Reply envelopes you may have lying around to send a brief, pointed note to Express Finance at 4th Floor, Northside House, 69 Tweed Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 WA, all done anonymously, of course. Rather, they're part of a fraudulent scheme known as Payday Express. It's worth mentioning that they've been reported to the OFT, and I understand there's a supercomplaint in the works due to their deceitful phone calls and misrepresentation tactics.Express FinancePayday ExpressOFT12 yearsI've been receiving calls from this number repeatedly.
