They recommended a couple of steps: I could either send a letter by recorded delivery asking them to remove my details from their calling list or simply drop them an email with the same request. It’s wise to include a phone number, as that could help them locate my information within their system-which should hopefully lead to our removal. They’ve got 21 days to sort it out, and if they don’t, I can file an official complaint against them.
