Got a call saying there was an issue with my internet and line, so naturally I asked who they were. I told them if they really were from the company they claimed, then they should know who my internet provider is. When I pressed them for answers, they started dodging my questions. Once I stood my ground, they got rude, shouted a bit, and just hung up on me. Proper cheeky behaviour.
