3 yearsI didn’t get a phone call but instead got an email from someone new, calling herself Angela. Thought it might be related to the scam mentioned above. Here’s what she wrote: From: Accounts Team Sent: 03 August 2023 19:07 To: Accounts Subject: Urgent: Payment Overdue Hello, We’re contacting you because your account is now overdue by 30 days. An amount of £364.54 was due back on 15/02. We sent a reminder a couple of weeks ago but didn’t hear anything back. Please sort this invoice out promptly, as further delays could lead to extra charges or court proceedings. If you need help with payment or have questions about the bill, just get in touch. Still no clue what they want with that email. The domain www.graviity.com was registered back in October 2022 and it seems to be linked to an Iceland address. Funny thing is, the email claimed the invoice was sent way earlier, like in September 2022!graviity. comIceland4 yearsI got a dodgy email too, supposedly from Emma Thompson at [email protected], about some unpaid invoice INV8393.
