Had one of those annoying calls again today, with a recorded message from John Cleese offering help with PPI claims. Just to see what would happen, I phoned the number back and ended up listening to hold music for about ten minutes, with a voice telling me my call was important. Didn’t want to hang up too quick, but after that long with no answer I gave up. Feels like a dodgy setup if you ask me... certainly not a trustworthy company.
