02031989259 - Received a call from a chap claiming to be with Infinity Windows. This isn’t our first encounter; he’s previously mentioned something about a showroom launching nearby. Oddly enough, he addressed me by name, leaving me perplexed about how he obtained my information. I asked him to take me off their calling list, and wouldn’t you know it, he abruptly ended the call. Today, I reiterated that I wasn’t interested, and once again, he hung up. Clearly, this is a top-notch company!

I had a rather unpleasant experience with Infinity Home Improvements lately. I reached out to them just to get a quote, clearly mentioning that I wasn’t looking to start any work for at least a year. Despite that, I received a rather insistent call from them, trying to sell me on a payment plan where they’d cover the costs upfront, only for me to pay them back whenever I felt ready to commence the renovations. Is that not just a roundabout way of setting up a credit scheme? I found myself having to repeat multiple times that I was in the middle of my job and really didn’t want to chat. I asked them to ring me back later when I could actually have a conversation. Honestly, I can't even begin to describe how overwhelming and obnoxious their approach was.
