i got a call from this number on my phone earlier today. i picked up, but there was complete silence on the other end. i didn’t say anything either, but figured it was probably one of those annoying calls. later, i found out they’d called a few times before too.

The call had a terrible line, complete silence on the other end apart from a weird mix of background sounds. After a while, a guy with an Asian accent mumbled something, kinda hard to catch 'cause the sound was awful. He asked if I owned the business, and when I replied sceptically, he said, "We're doing a survey for online business owners, alright?" I just thanked him, told him to have a nice day, then blocked the number straight away.

They keep ringing non-stop, I've actually filled up my block list on my phone, so I've just put their number in my contacts and named it 'imbecile'.

At the start, the call was crackly and I could hear some noisy chatter like a call centre in the background. The person on the line wanted to get hold of the business owner, but I said they weren’t available and offered to talk instead. Then, just like that, they hung up.

Got two calls from the same number today. I have Call Guardian on my phone and it doesn’t say who’s calling, which honestly helps a lot. It’s the easiest way I’ve found to block annoying unsolicited calls.
