7 yearsI didn’t answer, but after checking those reviews, it definitely looks like a scam. Cheers for the heads up! April 4, 20198 yearsI’m rather perplexed by this company's activities. Throughout December, they seemed intent on calling me nearly every day, yet I never picked up. Upon returning from our jaunt in Mauritius, I discovered to my shock that my mobile bill from EE indicated that two calls had been made from my phone to the number 00442031948710. The fee for just one of those calls was a staggering £148.50 (yes, you read that right), and it lasted an unbelievable hour and a half. I certainly did not make either of these calls, and I’m baffled as to how they appeared on my bill in the first place. Calling from Mauritius can be quite pricey - I only placed one brief call home on Christmas Day, fully aware of the costs (I relied on WhatsApp for all my other communications). The lengthy call, which lasted an hour and a half, happened in the mid-afternoon while we were exploring the island. The second, much shorter call of 4 minutes took place at 5am local time (which is 1am back in the UK). When I attempted to reach out to the number, the automated message was rather indistinct, but it seemed to suggest something like "Celesilite" Beauty Spa. However, they simply kept me on hold, claiming I was awaiting an operator, which was less than helpful.MauritiusEEWhatsAppUKSpa8 yearsI’m baffled by what this company is up to, to be honest. They were ringing me almost every day throughout December. Then, when we got back from our holiday in Mauritius, I noticed a bizarre entry on my mobile bill with EE showing two calls allegedly made from my phone to this number (00442031948710). One of those calls cost an eye-watering £148.50 (can you believe it?) for a duration of a staggering one hour and thirty minutes. I certainly didn’t initiate either of these calls and I can’t wrap my head around how they’ve appeared on my bill. Given the sky-high rates for calling out from Mauritius, I only made one brief call home on Christmas day, as I used WhatsApp for all my other communications. The call that lasted for an hour and a half supposedly took place in the afternoon whilst we were exploring the island. The second, a 4-minute call, registered at 5am local time (which is 1am back in the UK). When I’ve attempted to ring the number, the automated message is rather murky - it sounds something like "Celesilite" Beauty Spa, but then you’re left hanging on hold, apparently waiting for a customer service representative. I suppose I’ll need to give it another go!MauritiusEEWhatsAppUKBeauty Spa8 yearsReceived a call from a number based in London, but there was no voicemail or any message left behind. Quite peculiar!London8 yearsSince last Friday, I've had four calls from +44 20 3194 7810, none of which left a voicemail. Today I picked up, said hello a few times, but the caller just hung up straight away. I could hear loads of phones ringing in the background, but no actual talking, which was odd because usually call centres have voices chatting or background noise, not just silence with ringing. It felt a bit off, so I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.Submit Your Own Report (020 3194 7810)
