5 yearsThe conversation kicked off with a rather alarming statement about being caught up in a car crash, and when I pressed for details about when and where it happened, they abruptly ended the call. Honestly, these sorts of time-wasters ought to have their phone privileges revoked!5 yearsI received a rather insistent phone call from someone claiming to represent ‘Choice Services’ - whoever they might be. This person was determined to rattle off just four questions, but they didn’t allow me a moment's peace to respond. When I finally attempted to ask who had authorised them to contact me, they abruptly disconnected the call. Quite the cheek, if you ask me!Choice Services5 yearsDealing with the hassle of a car accident claim is utterly frustrating!5 yearsIt’s quite disgraceful, really, how certain individuals can stoop so low to work for these fraudsters, especially in the wake of a car crash. It leaves you shaking your head in disbelief!5 yearsI received a call from some foreign operators claiming they were with a supposed 'British Insurance Losses Department,' which, as far as I can tell, is entirely fictional. They pretended to discuss some non-existent 'uninsured losses claim' related to a car accident. When I pressed them for details, they could only say it was within the last couple of years - vague much? They couldn’t provide any information on how they got my personal details either. I made it clear that I wouldn't have a conversation with an organization I don’t recognise. I suggested they email me instead, so I could review their claims in my own time. Of course, they insisted on a phone chat, which I deemed completely nonsensical. They mentioned that someone would ring me back and then abruptly hung up. Honestly, it was blatantly a scam. I could tell they'd eventually ask for my banking information to 'process' this so-called claim. I kept them talking for as long as I could in the hopes of delaying their next victim. What a bunch of chancers!British Insurance Losses Department5 yearsRoad mishap5 yearsHad a rather dodgy phone call claiming I was involved in an accident.
