Just got a call yesterday from 02031897283 claiming my washing machine warranty was up. I told them it’s good until 2022, but the person on the line never said their name and hung up on me right after that. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.

When the voice message started, I just ended the call straight away. Most likely another scam attempt.

The bloke on the other end didn’t say a word and just dropped the call straight after my answerphone message played, which says “I don’t pick up because of annoying calls.” Seems like another one of those pest callers trying my number even though I’m ex-directory and on the TPS. They really shouldn’t be ringing me at all.
