Got a call from someone saying they were BT about my internet connection. I told him straight up he was a scammer, and he asked how I could be so sure without checking first. I turned the tables and asked him some questions, then he claimed my broadband was on a public network instead of private, so they were planning to disconnect me and that they'd sent letters and emails. When I called him out for the third time saying it was a scam and had a laugh, he snapped back with “Alright, b1tch” and hung up. Definitely block this number if you don't want the hassle.
