Got a call from 020 3188 5214 and when I picked up, the person on the other end just started laughing at me. The way she spoke was really rude and disrespectful. I'm convinced it’s some sort of scam. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this, honestly, something needs to be done to put a stop to it!

Got a missed call from 020 3188 5214, didn’t have a clue who it was. Let it ring out hoping if it was something urgent they’d leave a voicemail. Guess what? Nothing. So I looked it up here and luckily, people warned it’s a scam from the "Carphone Warehouse" call centre. Proper dodgy! I’ve blocked the number and reported it now, cheers to everyone who shared their experience. Glad I stayed safe and didn’t pick up!

My phone went off and when I picked up there was loads of racket, kids playing or something. I greeted them with a "hello" and got a "hello" back. He was curious why I’m still using an ancient phone, even joked I was from the 60s with that thing, asked if I was skint. I said yeah, and then outta nowhere, this absolute legend offers to get me a brand new IPHONE 12! So sweet!
