i got a call and it felt a bit dodgy, the phone only rang for a few seconds before they hung up which made me really suspicious.

This lady, I think she was Asian, asked if I was alright just by reading from her menu. I told her I'm fine, but it's better not to get into it. I've noticed some scammers around here with London numbers beginning 020 318, all of them pretty much the same.

Don’t pick up if this number pops up, they claim to be from Carphone Warehouse with some “great offers” but it’s total scam. The caller had an Indian accent and it didn’t sound legit at all. Just ignore them!
