I hung up as soon as I picked up the phone. With the surge of enquiries about this number over the past day, it appears to be yet another fraudulent call. I'll be adding it to my blocked list!

Got a call from someone about an appliance, proper English accent. They somehow knew our full names and even the brand of our appliance (not sure if he just guessed right). I told him I suspected it was a scam, but he argued he wouldn’t have our info if that were true. When I asked for his phone number to call back later, he just ended the call straight away.

This afternoon at about 5.23pm, I got a call from this number. The bloke was asking for someone called Mr Wilbur. I said no one by that name lives here. He then mumbled something about another name and just ended the call. Such a nuisance! I've blocked the number now.

Got a call about extending my washing machine warranty. Seemed legit at first, especially since they said there’s no rush - I had until Friday to decide. But the strange thing was, no phone number to ring back when I asked, apparently loads of their people are off work. Plus, the only way to renew is by handing over your card info on the phone. Feels fishy, I'd say it’s a scam for sure.

Got a call from the K A Group telling me my washing machine's warranty with the manufacturer had expired. When I asked which machine they were talking about, they couldn’t tell me. I mentioned my cover was with the shop I bought it from, but something about it felt dodgy. Definitely seemed like a scam to me!
