I've been getting calls from this number off and on, no clue who's behind it or why they're ringing me.

It seems that this is the waste collection service for Veolia, which their website claims was the "Responsible Business of the Year" back in 2016. Quite intriguing, isn't it? However, I can't help but wonder why they choose to conceal themselves behind such elusive contact numbers. It does raise some questions!

For the past week, I've been receiving constant calls each day from the number 02031761770. When I try to call them back, it just says the number isn't connected or out of service. They never leave any voicemail or message either. It's been really annoying!
