I keep receiving calls from various companies - it’s quite bewildering! One time, it was someone claiming to be from the US Chamber of Commerce, but they abruptly ended the call when I probed a bit too much. Then there was another odd one inquiring about my computer. It’s all rather peculiar, to say the least!

I received a call from these individuals claiming there’s an issue with my computer. They mentioned a site called windowsconnect.org and seemed to be using showmypc along with some dodgy hacking tools. It’s clear they’re out to con folks by fabricating innocuous errors in the Event Viewer.
