I returned my forms to you back in February, but I haven't received any updates since then. My claim reference is 13785180/MSAL. Could you kindly provide me with an update on this matter? You can reach me at my home phone 01787582587, mobile 07462097369, or feel free to send correspondence by post. Thank you, Susan Lay.

I keep receiving calls from this number incessantly; they just won't take a hint, it's so frustrating!

I reckon these blokes are nothing short of con artists trying to dig up details concerning your loans and insurance so they can pull a fast one on you. They kicked off the call on my mobile by blabbering about how their sister company had purportedly sent me an email to prove their legitimacy. Then, they had the cheek to inquire whether I had any loans or credit card debts within the past decade. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

I’ve received a barrage of calls from this number, even though I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service and my number is ex-directory. If it turns out that Swinton is indeed sharing their customer details with these pesky callers, it would only make sense to shun Swinton and any other business engaging in such unscrupulous behaviour. A dent in their profits will surely get them to reconsider their actions!

It's all about The Claims Guys: theclaimsguys.co.uk Company Registration Number: 06821134 Under the oversight of the Ministry of Justice: CRM 19382 Enrolled in the Data Protection Register: Z1652832 Affiliated with the Claims Standards Council. They retrieved my number via insurance records, yet failed to disclose the source, merely stating it was from their sister outfit, Insurance Guys. As my number appears on the preferential contact list and given that they are a UK-registered entity, they ought to refrain from unsolicited calls.

I've come across these folks who are trying to help you reclaim funds from past loans you've taken out. It seems to relate to those who might have been mis-sold financial products. I'm a bit sceptical about their authenticity, to be honest.

I'm being bombarded with calls from this lot, ringing me as much as a dozen times a day! I've tried everything to block them, but to no avail. I reckon the best course of action is to flood their inbox. If everyone sends an email to [email protected] around a hundred times, we might just get their attention. Plus, why not share the ordeal on Facebook and rally the troops to have them stop bothering us? Just saying, it's worth a shot!

We're constantly getting calls from this number, it's really starting to grate on our nerves as they never leave a message! We’ve chosen not to engage since it's clearly from an unknown source that we have no intention of answering. Had a quick look online for the number and found out it was just another telemarketer; relieved we didn’t pick up!

I've received around twenty calls from this number, totally unaware of who it was. Consequently, we didn't pick up. Eventually, we did answer, and it turned out to be some kind of automated message telling us our credit was £7. Not long after, the phone rang again, and the moment I answered, the line went silent!

From what I can tell, the 020 code shows it's from the Greater London area. Normally, numbers starting with 7 are inner London and those beginning with 8 are outer London, but 3 is another code for outside central London. I’m not quite certain which part of outer London it specifically relates to though. I've missed two calls over the last couple of days from this number because I didn't recognise it, so I didn’t pick up. If it turns out to be one of those PPI firms, I might answer next time to find out the company’s identity and then report them to the FSA since cold calling like that isn’t allowed nowadays, as far as I’m aware.

For the past couple of months I've been getting calls from this number non stop. I've told them to stop and take my details off their list, but they just won't quit. Now, they're spamming me with texts as well - one day I counted 26 missed calls and got 4 texts from them! It's getting really annoying.

Got a call about PPI from some company claiming to be a claims firm. I told the first woman that I’m an ex-director and registered with the TPS, but she just ignored me and was quite cheeky back! I ended the call straight away. About ten minutes later, they phoned again because apparently the woman had logged me for a callback (according to the second caller). I asked where they’d got my details from and this person was much more polite, so I asked her nicely to delete my info from their system. Waiting to see if they actually do it. Keep calm, be polite, and ask them to remove your data. They mentioned a company called “Call Marketing Service” that apparently gathers info from loads of places and passes it onto these claims companies. Seems like they might think they’re calling a valid lead or something.

I keep getting calls from this number, usually about 11.30 or sometimes 1.30 in the afternoon, and it's so annoying. I never pick up, but I looked up the number online and saw lots of others complaining about the same thing. These unwanted calls really need to be stopped, especially since most folks are busy working around those times.

They do cold calling, where they dial loads of numbers all at once and whoever picks up first gets through. Plus, if you look for insurance through comparison sites like MoneySupermarket or that Meerkat one, they probably pass your info on to others as well.

These bloody idiots just don’t get it, no one’s interested in what they’re saying at all.

This number has called me loads of times, and I’m already on the TPS and my details aren’t listed anywhere. If it turns out Swinton is passing on their customer info to these annoying callers, the best way to deal with it is to refuse to deal with Swinton or any firm that does the same. The quickest way to make them quit is to hit them where it hurts - their profits. That’d get them to stop in no time.

Got a call from this number but didn’t pick up. I reckon it’s connected to a car ad I put up on Autotrader not too long ago. After looking this site up, I’m relieved I didn’t call back… feels like it could’ve been trouble.

They rang me twice, once yesterday which I just let go to voicemail, and again a bit ago. I picked up the call this time and told the bloke he was wasting his time. Then he started going on about getting a refund and why I'd refuse it.

These folks, calling themselves The Claims Guys, keep ringing me up trying to find out if I had any Payment Protection Policy and asking about my financial info. They said they got my details from another firm, but wouldn’t say which one. I asked nicely for them to delete all my info from their system, but they keep on calling - I’ve had three calls now, which is really irritating. When I asked the person on the phone for their name, they just wouldn’t tell me. Quite frustrating!

Got a call from this number 08000822200, and it’s from The Claims Guys based at Lynnfield House, Church Street, Altringham, Cheshire, WA14 4DZ. Just a heads up, if you get calls from them without agreeing first, that breaks the EC-PECR 2003 rules. Definitely should be reported to TPS, Ofcom, and the Information Commissioner’s Office if that happens.

Since the 7th of November, I’ve been getting calls at various times each day, today being the 15th November. Usually, it’s just once daily, but today they called me twice. Most times, I’m either driving, busy with work, or have my phone on silent, so I miss the calls and have no clue who’s on the other end. It’s quite annoying. At first, I thought it might be my bank or an insurance company, so I even sent a message to my bank asking them to stop calling. Turns out, I probably got that wrong and it’s not them after all... my bad!

They keep ringing me up like 5 times every day, but never bother to leave a message on the answer machine. Honestly, there really should be stricter rules to put an end to all these telemarketing calls.

These peeps call themselves The Claims Guys: theclaimsguys.co.uk
Company number: 06821134
Under Ministry of Justice regulation: CRM 19382
On Data Protection Register: Z1652832
Part of the Claims Standard Council too.

They claimed they got my number through some insurance details but wouldn’t admit exactly where, just said it was from their sister company called Insurance Guys.
My number is listed on the no cold call register and since they’re a legit UK company, I don’t think they should be ringing me out of the blue like that.

My phone has been getting calls every single hour, and I just don’t pick up. It’s so annoying, but I imagine it gets frustrating for them too when nobody replies. Best thing to do is just leave it and don’t bother!
