Got a call early morning around 8:30, but the person just hung up, no idea who it was. Then at about 10:45, the phone rang again and it sounded like an Indian voice, but they ended the call straight away. Told them I’d reported it.

I keep getting calls from this one number, and the person speaking definitely sounded like they were calling from some call centre in India. They kept asking me about an insurance claim and some accident I supposedly had, which is just a total lie because I haven’t been in any accident at all. Proper nonsense.

This particular number has been pestering me with calls every couple of weeks around dinnertime.

Got a ring from this number earlier, and a chap with a bit of an accent claimed there were dodgy emails being sent from my device. I told him he was spouting nonsense and pressed him for more information. Next thing I know, he just cut off the call. Honestly, these sorts of calls are such a right pain in the neck!

I've been inundated with calls from this number, but when I attempt to return the call, I only get a robotic voice from Virgin Media claiming that the number can't be found! Quite frustrating, I must say!

I usually keep my answerphone on nowadays, and the moment it starts to pick up, the caller just puts the phone down. I only bother calling back if someone actually leaves a message worth responding to.

I received a rather dodgy call today from someone who sounded quite foreign, insisting his name was Peter (which I suspect is not true at all). He mentioned that he was calling from an accident claims line regarding some accident I supposedly had. The truth is, I haven’t had an accident in more than two decades! Exasperated, I told him not to be ridiculous and promptly ended the call.

I just received a rather peculiar call from this number, where the caller insisted they wished to chat about my phone number-though why was rather unclear. I informed her that we had absolutely no plans to switch providers, to which she then requested my name. Now, whilst I’m living with my partner, we aren’t married, and I opted not to disclose my name to her. She followed up with a comment about persistent calls and insisted I needed to provide my name to have our information wiped from their records. I countered that there was no need for such a revelation from my end to facilitate that request and demanded they remove our number immediately. Her response? She simply hung up. Quite telling, isn’t it? It’s evident this was one of those dodgy calls from abroad, what with the awkward silence and noticeable delay-likely originating from India, judging by the accent.

I got two calls from this number, and both times I picked up, they just ended the call after a few rings. Seems like they’re probably ringing multiple numbers at the same time and got someone else before I could even say anything.

I received a call from someone named Kamel, who mentioned something about a recent car accident I was involved in. Naturally, I wanted more details, so I inquired about when and where it supposedly happened, as well as how it all unfolded. But just as I was asking, he abruptly hung up on me! Quite mysterious, if you ask me.

What on earth do these individuals think they’ll achieve by incessantly ringing? Surely, if you request to be removed from their list, they ought to comply, don’t you think? It’s utterly bothersome!

Blimey, it’s getting ridiculous! I reckon I'm receiving up to a dozen calls every day from what seems to be the same lot - all purporting to be named Steve, John, or Mary. They say they’re from TalkTalk and insist there’s an issue with my computer. No matter how many times I ask them to refrain from ringing this number, they just carry on regardless! It’s become a right nuisance, so now we’ve taken to leaving the phone on answer to avoid the hassle, but it's such a tiresome bother!

I just picked up the phone, only for the caller to immediately hang up on me. After dialing 1471, I found out this number belonged to a right dodgy character who had contacted me not long ago, masquerading as someone from TalkTalk and trying to gain access to my computer. I informed them I'd be reporting their dubious activities, which I promptly did, involving the fraud squad in the process. Such a nuisance!

I’ve been inundated with calls lately, often receiving as many as twelve in a single day! Strangely enough, every one of them insists on introducing themselves as Steve, John, or Mary. They all say they're representing TalkTalk and claim there's an issue with my computer. I’ve repeatedly told them not to ring this number again, yet they persist! Now we’ve resorted to keeping the phone on the answer machine, which is truly a nuisance!

some woman has been ringing my house all day saying she's from computer support or something. twice today i've had calls from her, but she used different names each time though the voice and accent sounded exactly the same. i told her both times to stop calling but the second time she just cut me off! so annoying!

I had an alarming encounter with a scammer, a chap who introduced himself as 'Dan' but sounded distinctly dodgy. He rang my mum, posing as a Microsoft representative. Unfortunately, she was a tad too trusting and ended up granting them remote access to her computer. It makes my skin crawl thinking about what mischief they could be up to. I swiftly intervened, snatching the phone off her and giving them a piece of my mind. This bloke turned aggressive, barking at me to "shut up". I promptly ended the call, but they had the audacity to ring back twice more, hurling insults my way. The number initially appeared to be from London, but a closer inspection revealed a digit missing, indicating it wasn't a legitimate UK call. These individuals are nothing short of bottom feeders.

Received a call from this number just five minutes back. It had a rather suspicious vibe, so I was hesitant to pick up at first. I uttered "Hello" a couple of times, but all I got in return was silence, which made me end the call. After that, I popped the number into Google and discovered these remarks. Now I'm left wondering if there's any chance they could breach my internet or phone line!

Got a call from someone claiming to be with the national accident support service. I told them straight away, “If you’re ringing about an accident I supposedly had in the last five years, that’s not true and please don’t bother me again.” The caller had a thick Indian or Asian accent and their English wasn’t great. I've had loads of these calls lately, so I just get blunt with them now. They’re really annoying and honestly, they should be stopped.

I recently received a call from this number, and the bloke on the other end requested to speak with my wife. When I inquired about his identity, he gave me a name. Curious, I asked where he was calling from, and he mentioned London. However, when I probed further about the purpose of his call, he retorted with a rather crude remark, telling me to "Shut up you b***** and sort your life out." If anyone needs to reevaluate their life choices, it’s definitely him!

I've been receiving an alarming number of calls from this particular number. They seem to have an unsettling amount of personal information - my name, address, you name it. During one of the conversations, they claimed that I was due a cheque valued at £3000 due to some supposed unlawful bank charges linked to my account. When I challenged the rather abrupt gentleman on the line, stating that I had incurred no such charges, he responded that it wouldn’t appear on my bank statement at all. The most recent call, just moments ago, ended abruptly when I suggested that I had no interest in their so-called 'offer' and pointed out it reeked of a scam. Funny how quickly they hang up when pressed!

I've been bombarded by this number a staggering 14 times over the past few days, claiming to represent Talk Talk. It's absolutely infuriating! I’m at my wits' end - my blocked numbers list is bursting at the seams. How on earth can I put an end to these incessant interruptions? Honestly, it feels like they should face some legal consequences for causing such a nuisance.

I've had a barrage of nuisance calls from this number, each one insisting they had some intel from the Insurers Bureau about an alleged accident I had the previous year. When I firmly explained that I hadn't been involved in any mishap, they promptly suggested I might have had a family member who did. The moment I requested their contact details, they suddenly went evasive or started spinning tales. Quite dodgy behaviour, to say the least!

I received a rather peculiar call the other day from someone who seemed to know all about me-name, address, postcode, and even my phone number! When they piped up asking if it was indeed me on the line, I cheekily responded, "Well, since you've got all my details, why don’t you enlighten me?" Once they revealed where they were calling from, they launched into a spiel about BT offers. I couldn’t help but remark, “So, you're not actually from BT, yet you’re peddling their deals? How intriguing!” I swiftly told them I wasn’t interested and hung up. Not moments later, there was another ring from the same number. This time, a chap introduced himself as a supervisor from the same company, keen to push the very same “deals.” I made it abundantly clear that I couldn’t give a fig, supervisor or not-I’d already informed their colleague that I wasn’t keen!

I received a call from an Asian woman who insisted she was from Bradford Forensics. Surprisingly, she already knew my name and phone number and was aware that I'm not a BT customer.
