For the last two months, I’ve been getting daily calls from the same person. I kept telling them I wasn’t interested, but just a few minutes ago they rang again. When I repeated I wasn’t keen, the guy started shouting all sorts of nasty things, even threatening to do awful stuff to my mum and sister. Then he went off on a racist rant about me being white and dragged religion into it all. These people are absolutely not genuine, total scam artists.

Got a call from a London area code again, so I hit speakerphone and started running the tap, after a while they just suddenly cut off. No more chances for them, blocked straight away.

I rang a company, and as soon as I picked up, they just ended the call straight away. I tried calling them again, but every time I got through, they’d hang up on me. Eventually, someone did answer but they didn’t speak English, so I ended up hanging up on them.

I got a call from a woman who spoke with an Indian accent, saying she was from Phone Planet. But, just 5 days later, I got a new contract through Vodafone cancelling my old one, and now I’m stuck with a contract costing £47 a month!

Got a call from an Asian lady saying she was calling on behalf of “my company.” She said I could get an iPhone 13 for just £30 a month and that I wouldn’t have to finish paying off my current contract. The whole thing felt fishy right from the start.

The 0203 number makes it seem like it's from London but honestly, it’s more likely from somewhere like Karachi or New Delhi. I really feel bad for British folks with Indian or Pakistani backgrounds, because they probably get unfairly blamed, like people saying "Indian scammers" instead of recognising it’s just criminals operating out of those countries. It’s a real shame these scammers give their own communities a bad name. The police in India should seriously crack down on them. Whatever you do, don’t share any personal info with these people!
