8 yearsA few days ago, I answered a call from a young woman based in London who seemed quite hesitant about revealing the name of her company. I kept pressing, but she just kept dodging the question. Eventually, getting a bit annoyed, she snapped at me, asking why I was so interested in the company name. I thought it was a fair ask - I just wanted to check if they were trustworthy online. After explaining this, she suddenly got really rude and said, in a harsh tone, "YOU'RE SO ARROGANT, DID YOU KNOW THAT?". I was honestly shocked, lost my temper, swore at her, and hung up. She never called back, thank goodness. Honestly, that’s a terrible approach to attract clients, and I’m not sorry for my reaction - I’ve had enough of these pushy scam calls.London8 yearsI said no to setting up an account with these lot, and then this so-called ‘director’ - who honestly sounded completely sloshed and had such a thick accent it was hard to understand him - rang me up to shout, “I hope you lose all your cash, you b***h.” After that, he kept ringing non-stop about five more times in a row. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of TradeGL, they’re pure con artists.
