Loads of shady people call me without even saying why, and it’s so annoying. I’m on the DNC list, so what’s the point? I feel like I’m getting even more rubbish calls lately! No one ever rings to buy anything I’m selling, or ask if I want a job, or anything that could actually help me move forward. But somehow these dodgy calls just keep coming, messing with my head. How is that allowed? If I did anything like that I’d be in trouble straight away. Why do they get away with it? It’s proper frustrating!

I got a call from a woman speaking with a really strong Asian accent, and she was trying to pitch some kind of product. Honestly, I couldn't make out a single word she was saying.

I got a call from a number I didn’t recognize, but when I answered, no one spoke on the other end. Weirdly, the caller just stayed silent and then hung up.

Even though I've signed up for the telephone preference service, those annoying calls keep coming through. I got myself a BT8500 recently, and it's brilliant - works perfectly. The best part is, the phone doesn't even ring anymore. Usually, they just hang up straight away now!
