Got an automated message saying it was IFF Research and they’d try contacting me again later. Yeah right!!!! They can try all they want, won’t be answerin!!! Blocked them straight away. They call to ask about any recent repair work done and then pass your answers on to your housing provider. There’s also a chance for them to contact you if you want. I’ve gotten these calls quite a few times. You don’t have to pick up if you don’t want to. I’ve ignored their calls too, and they usually only ring a couple of times before stopping. They don’t leave voicemails.

I blocked the number on my mobile, but then they kept ringing my landline - totally unnecessary. Also, how did Colin know all the initials of my first and middle names? That's really unsettling. I'm planning to notify my local housing trust about this annoying behaviour.

Got a ring from some bloke claiming to be doing a survey for my housing association, asking if I’m satisfied with the landlord’s service. Didn’t sound right to me, so I just ended the call. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

They said they were calling from NatWest, but the moment I said it sounded like a scam, they hung up straight away. I blocked the number after that. Definitely don’t engage with them, be careful!
