I received a call from Andy representing 'Solar Services Ltd' based in Poole. He was discussing some sort of government initiative. However, as soon as I brought up my registration with the Telephone Preference Service, he abruptly ended the call without so much as a courtesy apology. Quite unprofessional, if you ask me!

I received yet another unsolicited call from a company claiming to offer solar services. They kicked off with the usual spiel about government incentives for green energy, but it quickly became apparent that their true aim was to push their products onto us. This marks the fourth time we’ve been contacted, despite our number being registered with BT's preference service to prevent such interruptions. Clearly, they’re fully cognisant of the regulations yet seem utterly unfazed when informed. Here I am, bracing myself for the inevitable fifth call!
