They called me a couple of times. When I picked up, someone asked if I was ??? which I am. I said yes, and then they just hung up on me!

They honestly hate having to say stuff over again - got proper annoyed - so I kept asking for repeats. What I found works best to wind these lot up is asking them to put you on hold and dragging the call out as much as possible; it really gets on their nerves cos it messes with their call records.
