I saw this number pop up on my phone, and since it looked unfamiliar, I sent it straight to voicemail. Then it rang again right away. No way someone could have dialled that fast, it was literally seconds later. I never share my mobile with firms, so it must be one of those annoying cold callers using auto diallers. When I did pick up before, they never knew my name, so that’s a clear sign. If you don’t know the number, just let it go to voicemail - if it’s something real or important, they’ll leave a message.

Got a bloke on the phone talking about some accident I was supposedly involved in, saying it wasn’t my fault. Let him carry on for a bit then I asked where he even got my number from, and suddenly the call just dropped. Always seems to do the trick.

Got a call from a firm saying they're based in West Yorkshire but ringing from the Philippines. Like others mentioned, it was one of those cold calls about mis-sold packaged accounts. Just so folks know, if you reckon your packaged account was wrongly sold to you, best to contact your bank straight away, make a formal complaint and they'll handle it. They'll get back to you either with a refund or an explanation why it’s not mis-sold.

Regarding this number - I received a call from them, apparently fishing for information regarding my bank details, among other things. I clearly expressed my disinterest, yet, oddly enough, like many such callers, they seemed to struggle with hearing or grasping my words properly. I just wanted to scream, why would I want to get calls like this? I ended the call before I lost my cool. Friday’s the only day I get to relax, so just leave me alone. Number’s blocked now.

Was struggling to catch what he said, maybe "black pearl" or sumthin like that? His accent was proper hard to understand and there was loads of noise behind him. Anyway, he was bang quick to ask for my bank details - total clown.

Saw the reviews and decided not to pick up when this number rang. They didn’t leave a message anyway, so I just blocked it straight away!

Just had a call from the number mentioned above and it was quite the experience! The chap on the other end rattled off his spiel at a dizzying pace, hardly pausing to take a breath, and his accent was noticeably foreign. He was going on about setting up an account, but I clearly stated I wasn't keen. Undeterred, he persisted, so I ended up hanging up and promptly blocked the number. Quite the nuisance, really!

Got a call on Friday 22nd April at about 12:11 pm. I never pick up if I don’t recognise the number, always have a quick look here before deciding… saves me from dealing with some weirdo trying to scam me! Honestly, when will these calls just quit?! BLOCKED and deleted straight away.

I really struggled to catch what the woman on the phone was saying, she told me her name was Agnes but I'm not too sure if that's her real name... She mentioned the company she was calling from, but I couldn't quite hear it properly. I think it was something about banks selling current accounts that are supposedly 'paid for' but maybe not legit.

Got a call from some company trying to push those packaged bank account claims, looked suspiciously like one of those PPI-style firms. Watch out, might just be another scam!
