I keep getting phone calls from this number, and it’s always some kind of automated message or noise from a call centre. It’s becoming quite tiresome!

I received two calls from this number on 29th September 2020, spaced out by about two hours. During the first call, I answered and was met with a pre-recorded female voice claiming to deliver a crucial message from HMRC that demanded my immediate attention. It’s nothing but a total scam!

i got 3 calls in a few hours from this dodgy number. sounded like some woman with an american accent claiming to be "officer dennis gray" from hmre or something, telling me to call back straight away or get my solicitor involved or else there'd be "consequences." hmrc calling with an american twang? yeah right. they usually send letters or go through the accountants, never ring like that. total scam and pretty threatening too. do yourself a favour and dont bother calling back!

This number, 0203 137 5111, keeps ringing me up claiming to be from the inland revenue but dont fall for it, its a total scam. If the real inland revenue needed to get in touch, they would send you a letter, not call out of the blue. Best to just ignore any calls from this number.

so frustrating getting calls all the time from numbers i dont recongise, i just dont pick up since they never bother to leave a message. its been going on for like months, even after i block them their calls keep coming from new numbers.
