Yeah right, sounded like they were the hackers trying their luck. After about 5 minutes of their nonsense, I said I had a urgent matter and quickly ended the call before blocking the number!!!

They started off all nice saying the call was from Legal and General, but then changed it to saying they 'work closely with Legal and General'. This is definitely a scam, very cleverly done. Don’t hand over any info. The first caller said her name was Emily then passed me to a guy called Shawn who was right next to her. There was no security question or check before Emily even started. Watch out for these calls!
