A young woman rang up asking for a certain man. When I told her he wasn’t here, she wanted to talk to my husband instead. I asked why she thought I was his wife, and she got really rude, saying “Take care lady, you’re bein’ very brave.” She then read out a full address and asked if it was right. I said no and she just hung up. Why isn’t it possible to block this number?

Got a call from this number earlier, someone asking for a certain person. Told them that person doesn't live here. When I asked who they were, they said BT, but I told them we don't have BT. Received a phone call at 19:30 today. The caller introduced himself as Donald from Unicare and expressed an interest in asking me some questions. I declined the request and provided him with some legal advice concerning cold calling. Recognizing his foreign accent, I informed him that his name couldn't possibly be Donald. Surprisingly, he then proceeded to inform me that my energy suppliers were attempting to extort money from me. I assured him that I was already aware of this, but unlike him, they do not engage in cold calling or provide false names, making them far more trustworthy and honest. As a result, he abruptly ended the call. Quite amusing!

Curiously, she then inquired about my current service provider. I questioned her reasoning behind wanting to know and received no response to my inquiry. It must be noted that communicating with her proved challenging due to her heavy foreign accent and a poor phone connection. In fact, I suggested that she should consider switching from BT due to the unsatisfactory call quality. The caller seemed to be restricted by a limited timeframe, continuously reminding me that her time was diminishing. It's a pity!
