Got a call from a robot woman telling me I was in some accident and that they had fake details about me plus that I had a warrant out for my arrest. Bit odd and might genuinely frighten some folks. A young woman rang up asking for a certain man. When I told her he wasn’t here, she wanted to talk to my husband instead. I asked why she thought I was his wife, and she got really rude, saying “Take care lady, you’re bein’ very brave.” She then read out a full address and asked if it was right. I said no and she just hung up. Why isn’t it possible to block this number?

Got a call from this number earlier, someone asking for a certain person. Told them that person doesn't live here. When I asked who they were, they said BT, but I told them we don't have BT. Then they suddenly got really rude and questioned why I wanted to know who they were. I snapped back saying since they called my home phone I’m allowed to ask who’s calling. After that, they just hung up on me!

Phone rang around 7:30 this evening. The bloke said he was Donald from Unicare, wanted to quiz me or summat. I told him to jog on and gave him a bit of a lesson on the laws about cold calls. He had a funny accent, so I told him his name definitely wasn’t Donald. Then he starts rattling on about my energy suppliers ripping me off. I told him I already knew that, but at least those lot don’t pretend to be someone else or use dodgy tactics like he was doing, so I trust them more. After that, he just hung up on me. Ha!
