This number persistently rings but never bothers to leave a voicemail. Clearly, it’s not someone legitimate. If they were, they’d surely take the time to drop a message. I've had enough and decided to block it.

Every single call from these fake HMRC people is complete rubbish. I feel so sorry for older folks and those with dementia because these calls must really mess them up and scare them. It's shocking how these bloody scammers can keep ringing from 9 in the morning right through to 7 at night. The phone companies that keep handing out new numbers to these con artists every day are just as bad. As soon as my BT contract ends, I’m cutting off my landline for good. Everyone should do the same until these disgusting criminals are finally locked up.

Got a voicemail from them threatening legal stuff, but they never said what it was about. I just ignored it and wiped it straight away.

Today I got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC, said it was urgent and I needed to speak to a solicitor right away. Honestly, it really stressed me out - not the best way to kick off my morning.

Got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC, saying I needed to ring them back urgently. It was just a voicemail with no personal info at all, sounded dodgy to me. They went on about legal action and suggested I get a lawyer. Couldn’t help but laugh - definitely not the best way to begin my morning! Decided against returning the call, too sketchy.
