Slightly sceptical, we jotted down the details and decided to return the call later on to glean some more information. To our surprise, they provided an address for the BT Technical department located on Newgate Street in London. However, I can't shake off the feeling that this is a bit dodgy. When we rang back, we were instantly connected to someone who claimed to be 'David Marshall,' the same chap from earlier-no pesky questions asked. I mean, when does that happen with a proper phone service provider? Absolutely never in my experience.
