Got into a crash that really wasnt my fault at all.

They called me again saying they want to assist with my unsecured debts. They knew the total amount I owed but couldn’t tell me who the debts were with. They claimed they could lower my monthly payments by freezing the interest. I’m not sure if they’re legit or just a scam, but I get the feeling they’ll ask me to pay them less each month and then handle everything. Seems like they just want me to hand over my money. I asked if they were from a Debt Relief agency but they said no, they’re not affiliated with any.
