I just got a call from 0513293315 and let it ring through to voicemail. As soon as it started to leave a message, I hung up. Took a look at this site afterwards and glad I did - definitely blocking that number now. Cheers for the warning!

Same thing happened to me but from 02032909346. Caller said it was urgent and I needed to get in touch with Customs and Revenue. Told them to speak to my solicitor and that I’d call back - said it was really important. Funny thing is, the person sounded American! Didn’t ring back, but worried others might freak out and call back straight away, who knows what could happen then.

I received a couple of rather alarming messages on my voicemail, supposedly warning me about legal proceedings if I fail to call the number provided. I just want to caution everyone that this is nothing but a scam. It’s quite dubious to think that legitimate communication would come in the form of a recorded message like this. Stay vigilant!

They've been ringing every day for three days straight. Honestly, it felt a bit intimidating! They said something about getting my solicitor or me to call them back. Total SCAM. Don't even bother getting in touch. Could be quite unsettling for some folks.

I've received a number of these peculiar messages on my voicemail. Initially, I found myself rather worried about what was being said and the overall vibe of the call. However, after a quick online search of the number, it became clear that my instincts were spot on regarding a scam. It’s infuriating how these individuals or groups are allowed to operate freely - they really ought to be apprehended.

Just received a call from this number today and, lo and behold, they left a message that’s already posted here. I've promptly added them to my list of blocked contacts. Honestly, these crooks ought to be behind bars! I consider myself fairly tech-savvy, so I could quickly establish that the call was dodgy. Unfortunately, not everyone has the same skills and might fall prey to such deceitful tactics. It’s utterly appalling.

Claimed to be from HMRC, said they had sent me a letter about owing money, and rattled off a load of regulations. Told me their officer tried to deliver the letter but no one was at home. I'm retired, as is my partner, and we're in most of the time. They gave me a warrant ID and really scared me. The caller wouldn’t confirm my NI number or date of birth and couldn’t provide a proper address.

Received a call from this number at half past eight this morning. I nearly called back, but just as I was about to, common sense kicked in, and I hopped onto my computer to investigate the number. I consider myself somewhat savvy, yet I can see how easily someone who’s a bit more vulnerable could fall for such tactics. It’s a timely reminder to stay alert!

I've recently been inundated with persistent fraudsters who seem to have a sneaky little trick up their sleeves. Whenever they reach an answering machine, they’ve got this rather alarming pre-recorded message ready to roll. It goes something like this: "We require you or your legal representative to get back to us regarding this pressing matter." The voicemail they leave is equally unsettling: "The matter we’re discussing is highly urgent. Please ring our department at 02031293315 - that’s 02031293315 for clarity. You’d be wise not to dismiss this communication, and we strongly advise that you return our call before we initiate any legal proceedings against you. Farewell and make sure to take care." Whatever you do, just brush it off! It's nothing more than a scam!

Received a rather dodgy call this morning from the number 02031293315, claiming to be from HMRC. Naturally, I decided to ring back. The chap on the line, calling himself Richard Smith and sounding distinctly American, informed me that I owed a Tax Evasion fee. He even provided an employee ID - 947156 - and claimed to be based at 100 Parliament Street, London SW1 2BQ. He insisted that I’d better sort it out, or a warrant for my arrest would be issued, and that I'd end up in the Supreme Court. I knew immediately it was a scam and told him to feel free to send anyone to arrest me!

On the 4th of November 2017, I received a rather distressing call supposedly from this number. An automated voice left messages on my voicemail, making alarming threats of legal action against me. I can only imagine how someone more vulnerable would react to such intimidation. Personally, as someone who battles with anxiety, this menacing conduct within the supposed safety of my own home is utterly unacceptable. It should be criminalised, and those responsible ought to face severe penalties, including significant prison terms.

Just like the rest of them - received three calls within a mere ten minutes, all insisting I ring back immediately to prevent some sort of legal trouble. Properly stressed me out, had no clue what to do so I did the same as others and phoned the number back. They told me it was a legal call and urgent, which just freaked me out. Why even bother with this sort of thing? Now I’m just waiting to see if a letter turns up, and it’s making me anxious all the time, wondering if I’ve messed up somehow. What’s the point of scamming people like this? Took some advice and I’m reporting it to the cops to find out what happens next.

I've had 6 calls since 7 this morning, now it's 2 this afternoon. It's an automated voice threatening court action but gives no info about who they want. They want me to ring them back. Definitely not HMRC - they always send a letter first before any court stuff, plus they wouldn't spam you with loads of messages in one day. Feels like a scam and should be looked into by the police, for sure traceable somehow.

Had three calls today, all automated messages threatening legal action if I didn’t return the call straight away.

I've received a couple of messages now, warning me about potential legal action unless I get in touch with them. It’s quite distressing, to say the least! I know it's probably a scam, yet it still manages to cause a bit of anxiety.

This seems to be a complete scam that's run by machines. From what I understand, there's not much you can do except for blocking the number. Automated calls exploit a grey area in the telecommunications privacy regulations, leaving us rather helpless.

Got a voicemail from an automated voice saying to ring this number or have my lawyer call back about some urgent legal matter. They said it’s really time sensitive and gave me the hotline 02031293315. They warned not to ignore it or they might start legal action against me.

Got a dodgy call claiming they were from HM Revenue and Customs. Definitely a scam.

I've received six calls from this number-three of them were silent, with no message left, while the last three claimed to be from HMRC, insisting it's urgent that I get in touch due to impending legal action. This surely screams scam to me! Furthermore, the calls have been made from an overseas number, likely from someone foreign, perhaps Indian?

The calls came in between 8:30 in the morning and 1:20 in the afternoon on the 17th of October, 2017. It’s all very suspect!

Got an automated voicemail 4 times today supposedly from HMRC telling me I’m in trouble legally. I’ve worked at HMRC before so knew straight away it was dodgy. They wouldn’t ring a personal number at 7.20 in the morning, and they definitely wouldn’t use an automated message for such a serious issue. Plus, they never said who was calling which was another red flag. Don’t ring them back no matter what. If you’re worried, find the real HMRC contact details from an official source and call them yourself.

Got a call today from 02031293315. An automated voice said I had to call back to talk to a solicitor and if I didn’t, legal action would follow. When I tried to ring back, the call just dropped. Glad to find out this is just a scam.

Got a recorded call claiming to be from HMRC (Tax Office). Just a heads up, HMRC doesn’t call you out of the blue like that - it’s a scam!

I've received an onslaught of messages from this number-six, to be precise-over the past few days, including Friday, Monday, and Tuesday. Curiously, they seem to take weekends off! The latest message insisted our solicitors should contact them, but prior to that, we were instructed to ring them back on this number to chat about potentially averting legal action against us. Is there not a course of action we can pursue regarding this nuisance? Surely, there must be some legal avenue to have this number removed from circulation or even impose a fine on them. Considering it's a London-based number, one would think there are regulations in place to prevent this type of harassment!

Got this call two times today. First one was at 7:20 in the morning and another just now around 1 in the afternoon. Not sure who used to have my number but I keep getting people asking for some bloke who ain’t me. Pretty sure it's scammers, really wish they’d just leave me alone.

Utterly fraudulent! Honestly, it's nothing but a series of scams here. A complete con job through and through! The deceit is off the charts-one can't help but feel exasperated. It’s just relentless, isn't it? From what I've experienced, this place is riddled with tricksters trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Avoid at all costs!

I've received a call thrice today from a robocaller insisting I urgently get in touch with the tax office. Quite a nuisance! I have their digits saved and a moment to spare, so I’m considering registering them with other pesky spam numbers-let’s see if they can waste each other's time for a change! If anyone’s keen to join in on the fun, do drop some of the spam phone numbers you’ve encountered in the comments and we can have a good laugh together!

Absolutely outrageous! An elderly lady in our circle, who's been a dear colleague for years, received a call claiming to be from HMRC. They demanded nearly £2900 and threatened her with doorstep visits if she didn’t comply. She’s 80 and was in tears, saying she couldn’t possibly afford that-quite frankly, it broke my heart. I feared for her wellbeing as she sounded utterly despondent, almost on the brink of despair. Thankfully, after I found this site, I was able to call her back and reassure her that it was all a scam. Now, I’m determined to keep ringing that number until I can get through to someone. When I do, they’re going to get an earful from me! And just to clarify, I’m of Indian descent myself, so I’ll be giving these pathetic scammers a proper grilling!

Totally dodgy scammers called saying my husband hadn’t done his HMRC tax returns and that he was about to get nicked. I asked the bloke to prove he knew my husband’s birthday and he said he couldn’t as it was a recorded call. I told him it’s cheeky to ask for private info and then not give any proof back. Gave him a right piece of my mind, well deserved.

02031293315 - left a voicemail on my answerphone, making it sound like a serious legal matter that needed an immediate reply! This should defo be reported to the proper authorities for trying to trick folks into calling back - could really catch out older or more vulnerable people! Proper sneaky tactic!!
